Our estimation process is open and transparent, the scope of renovation and each individual work or item are fully discussed and agreed with you to avoid any hidden charges or surprise. If there are new works or items discovered during renovation and they are caused by our mistakes, we will do them for free without any charges.

On-budget & on-time delivery
If renovation projects exceed the agreed project timelines or cost due to us, we will compensate customers accordingly. We will explain the details when signing the contract.

All electrical work is performed to meet current safety standards and best practices. We guarantee safe, precise, and fully functional installations for three years from the project’s completion.
Plumbing Work
Our plumbing installations are carried out with care and expertise. We warrant the proper installation and reliable operation of plumbing systems and fixtures for three years.
Ventilation Work
We ensure proper installation and effective performance of all ventilation components. This includes fans, ducts, and other equipment, covered under a three-year workmanship warranty.

Our painting services are delivered with attention to detail and surface preparation. We guarantee a professional finish free from peeling, blistering, or flaking due to poor workmanship for three years.

Manufacturer’s Warranty on Materials and Equipment
At Refreshing Bath, we use high-quality materials and trusted brands to ensure the durability and performance of your renovation. All plumbing fixtures, lighting fixtures, and other materials supplied through your project are backed by the manufacturer’s warranty, which varies by product and manufacturer.
We are committed to supporting you through any manufacturer-related warranty claims and will assist you in contacting the supplier if an issue arises.
Important Warranty Notes:
Manufacturer’s Responsibility:
If an issue arises due to a manufacturer’s defect (such as a faulty fixture or material), the claim will be subject to the manufacturer’s warranty terms, not our workmanship warranty.
Our Support:
While manufacturer claims fall outside our installation warranty, Refreshing Bath will support you in initiating and facilitating communication with the manufacturer to resolve any eligible claim.
Scope of Coverage:
- Our warranty covers only:
- Work completed directly by Refreshing Bath.
- Materials and equipment provided by us, as explicitly outlined in your contract.
Exclusions:
This warranty does not cover damage or failure due to:
- Improper or abusive use.
- Mechanical or accidental damage.
- Natural disasters.
- Normal wear and tear over time.
